My Top 4 Summer Fragrance Must-Haves

Hey guys! Recently I've been really getting into different fragrances and have been trying out some new ones for the summer, so  I've decided to narrow it down to my top 4 (which was a very hard decision btw) and share it with you for some summer fragrance inspo! During the summer months I'm always searching for more of a light and fresh scent, like a floral sort of vibe normally, but the ones I have picked out actually range from very fruity and citrusy (is that a word??) to more sweet and fresh. 


1. Jo Malone Wild Bluebell Cologne- I don't know about you, but 'wild bluebell' screams summer to me. I immediately knew that I would absolutely love this, especially during this time of year, because its so fresh and sweet without being too overpowering. This will forever be an absolute summer fragrance must-have for me. 

2. Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream Eau de Toilette- Again, 'Daisy Dream' sounds right up my street for the summer. I've tried a few Marc Jacobs perfumes in the past, and they have all impressed- they really seem to nail the scents every time. Also the thing I love about this perfume is that not only does it smell so beautiful and fresh, but the bottle is also SO pretty and cute and looks amazing on your dressing table. I'm not the best at describing scents, but this is definitely going in my suitcase for holidays, because it is such a  light and airy scent, and contains jasmine, lycée and even coconut water- I mean if that doesn't say holiday must-have to you then I don't know what will! 

3. Versace Red Jeans Eau de Toilette- This one is slightly different  to the rest, as to me its a lot more feminine and musky. Notes include peach, blackcurrant, rose, vanilla and sandalwood. Its like the perfect mixture of fruity and sweet notes, with more musky notes. I'm also obsessed with the bottle- its so pretty and again looks so cute on a dressing table! I would definitely recommend this one if you're after that nice balance between musky and sweet. 

4. Soap & Glory Sugar Crush Body Spray- And last but not least, one my fave affordable body sprays that smells absolutely DEVINE! I actually discovered this from a gift set that I got at Christmas, and since then I have fallen in love with this product, especially around this time of the year! I'm such a massive Soap & Glory lover, and one of my fave scents from their range has always been the Sugar crush scent- its such a summery smell to me and is very very fruity (warning for those who don't like that sort of vibe). To me its a very sharp and distinctive smell, so I don't think 'fresh' would be the right way to describe it, as you can definitely tell its on when you wear it, but I absolutely love it. The best way to sum it up is like the smell of mojito- its very zingy and sharp. What I love about it though is how it is so affordable (only £4!) and is also very travel friendly as it being in a small little spray bottle, so you can just pop it in your handbag and you're ready to go. Petition for there to be a massive size so I never run out and can BATHE in it for the rest of my life.. haha!
